I went to store yesterday have decided since they waited to last minute to take care of flea problem and TV problem to go in store to return livingroom and TV and the manager tried to charge me for everything and late fees and I politely said to have the regional to call me and he said if we going to keep calling the regional ever time we have a problem we can take our business and go else where he was very rude and not good customer service I think y'all need a new manager if he going to treat new customers bad
