Poor customer service. I was given misinformation, manager made it sound as if I was a liar.
We had a confrontational call, his customer service is as bad as his people. What can be done, provide some customer service training to both you manager and employees. I have dealt with buddy's for several years understand another manager. Because of this incident I will never deal with any buddy's again.
Your manager basically told me he had other things to deal with while on the phone with me, like dealing with my unhappiness was not worth his time. I asked for details to be checked and a call back twice, never received one.
When I called today I was put on hold with no follow up while on hold. Had to call back to get a manager to talk to.
