I had a problem with the t.v.I had from them, Wow, it took them a whole month before coming to pick it up, plus they had me using an old remote for it, which they never did get a new remote for that t.v. then they send someone to take a look at the t.v.

the guy says it's the pixell that's a t.v.problem..then we are only aware they got the t.v.back two weeks ago, and we're just informed today of it because I went in person..their business is Very UNPROFFSSIONAL.. They don't communicate with the customer like they should.!! Then to top it all off, I'm paying 160.00 on a 65"inch T.V. and they give me a little *** replace while mine was suppose to get fixed..Are you serious??

And they have the nerve to call and text the customer and say, When can we expect your payment?? Redicouls and unprofessional people..I went in today to quit my business with them, And I'm so glad I went to Aaron's furniture store on Stassney lane..I like their attitudes and I got a munch better deal with them today..they even said if anything happens to the t.v.

they will send a loaner the same size while I get it fixed if needed..Wow, big difference..I am here letting y'all know my terrible experiences with Buddy's furniture... DO NOT GO TO BUDDY'S FURNITURE..YOU'LL REGRET IT, AND THAT'S A PROMISE..I NEVER WANT ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE THIS STRESS I HAD TO DEAL WITH..THEY ARE NOT WORTH DEALING WITH IF YOU NEED APPLIANCES AT ALL....GO TO AARON'S ON STASSNEY, THEIR MORE RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL AT THEIR JOB..
