Dear sirs , Wanted to Tell you about my visit to Buddy’s home furnishings in Seguine Texas on Highway 490 South State Highway 123 bypass store number 1058 the manager Alex and the assistant manager Miranda for the sweetest kindest understanding people running the store I really appreciate them very much they did an awesome job and of course I bought a washer explained everything to me correctly .Love there store.i will tell all my friends about this awesome store Sincerely Mr. and Mrs. John and Delores Haskins

Back-off you jerks! We just got more than $10,000 worth of damage to our home and only shelter. Fire that idiot manager of the Melbourne store. He's a loose canon that can cause all consumer agencies to spurn them and dump on their reputation.

Making a complaint

Yes I want to make a complaint on buddies here on Austin Texas my name is Helen Martinez my number is 512-521-**** they have to get some money out of my credit card and apparently they're trying to put it back and it's already been more almost like going on a month they keep telling me Monday Friday and all these kinds of days and it never gets back in my card so I really want to make a complaint about Sergio he's the manager in Buddy's Furniture thank you can you get back to me as soon as possible

Jay sauls from davenport iowa stole 650.00 out of my checking account it has been well over a month and the money hasnt been put back in to my account like they said . and you cant get a hold of anyone to see about your money

Compaint

I have been a customer of this store for years and recently went back to them. It has been a very hard few months for us and I called to return our stuff I was given three different day to have it picked up and then told that I had to pay 164 in order to keep my washer and dryer. The manager jerry informed me that I had better not make a complaint on line or he will blast me for being behind on payments. He was rude and very unprofessional and all I did was call to find out if they were coming today or not

Refund from May 2021

Ive been calling and trying to reach someone about a charge on my card $220 . The buddys on Norwood Ave in Jacksonville Florida charged my card unauthorized and all the managers have been either sick or out. Ive never received a call back even when speaking to a manager he said he would refund it but never did . I need my money. I have all my bank statements proving the charges as well as the manager admitted to charging my card. This is ridiculous and I will be seeking a civil lawsuit if it isnt handled.

I decided not to get the merchandise that I had paid for as for a refund and was told that I would get the refund never got a refund yet still waiting

Talk to the manager at the Kentucky location and told him plainly at this time I didn't want to merchandise but I would be back on my own because I saw something that I really like for my own home all that said my fiance got his money back for the television he was going to get but I still haven't got my money back not understanding I've been told that it was returned nothing's in my bank account pending or has been posted for that money still waiting I was coming back to do business on my own but this really turned me off put a bad bad taste in my mouth

User's recommendation: With all this being said yes I still we're still recommend a friend or family member to go to them they have nice things but if you want it then you should get it if you don't want it they will not give you your money back but I still would send someone there nice store I don't know about the customer service or the people that work there they try to be big and bad and at the end of the day they don't handle business # I'm mad I don't like people playing with my money don't lie to me point blank.

Still waiting on DM to call me about a issues after talking too 2 stores. This is crazy i was told one thing at a store i drove to other location which had what i want and they change price.

Unsatisfactory results

Went 3 weeks waiting for dryer to be fixed. Then brought a new 1 tried to charge me more. I have been waiting at least 6 months for stereo to be fixed. Decided to trade it in for something different been waiting 2 weeks for new 1 plus I still have broke dryer that was supposed to be picked up weeks ago. I am so frustrated with paying all this money and getting the run around on my products and service...

Credit card charges

After paying with credit cards over the phone, my weekly payment was due. They could not get a hold of me and started to randomly run 3 of my credit cards. the first one the ran for 349, then 349 then 349, then 300, then 250, then 200, then 150 finally $50 which goes thru but overdraws my Credit Card I call the store to complain its been 2 days since Ive heard anything with them saying that they sent it to corp. and they are waiting to hear from them.
