I paid cash money for a stove in february, i notified the decatur, al store the next day that one of my stove eyes didnt work. They said they would send a loaner stove so they could have mine sent to be repaired.
72 hours later after i called fussing, they came and picked up my stove. This was february 13, 2016. I've been calling week after week and they kept saying my stove would be in the following week. Finally after all the lies i go in the store april 4, 2016 with my receipt and ask for a refund.
The manager wouldnt come talk to me and had me wait an hour before someone told me i couldnt get a refund since its past 30 days. Note that i only had it in my possession 72 hours before it was picked up to be repaired.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
