They took money off my debit card without permission when I was working Friday. The store manager said I was behind and must have been on autopay.
How am I behind if I’m autopay and you say haven’t heard from me in two months Yet an unauthorized payment was processed for over $800. Caught in lie after lie and they’re holding my money hostage. I recorded my calls with them as well so I have proof they’re lying. I shouldn’t have to wait for my money that they were never authorized to take to begin with.
Too bad I can’t put the audio files on here. I can place them elsewhere though!
