Greg called my house and he told me that I got to get in there right now to pay my payment or else and he treated me like that so disrespectful. I've been renting from home smart then Buddy's took over for 7 years total.

Only been late twice. November 3 is my payment date and they close at 7. Greg called me twice and both times I told him I'm waiting on my son. He told me I need to pay it or else whatever that means.

I told him I'm 58 years old and why the harassment I still have time to make my payment. If anything he should call tomorrow and say something. So I asked my son to make a payment on his card but I want to speak to someone else. He wouldn't let me speak to someone else.

I asked to speak to a manager he wouldn't do that. I called back and he said he was another name. So now I have to go in and make a payment so I know it gets paid . Like I said I've been a customer for 7 years bought a bedroom set fire place PlayStation 4 dresser etc.

And was about to get another bedroom set. I only have 3 payments left on my rental and he's acting like that. The other times I was a little late with homesmart I just paid a late fee and that was that. But since Buddy's took over it's been a different experience.

He's probably acting like that because I only have a few payments left so he can take it back. But whatever it's not right to harass a customer especially when they want to buy more stuff.
