I have purchasesd many items from the store in bryan, and were wishing to purchase more, but somewhere the communication continued to not be placed in the computer not right about a payments, or the delivery of my last item, the store staff have changed alot, and they cant ever answer or do the simple things asked by the customer, the store manager wasnt located when asked until last min, and I have been a valued customer, the store manager took it upon his self to decide to come pick up funiture, I have already made payments on due to the way I talk to his staff, but if the problem would not have occured I staff followed instructions on several occasions the customer would not be upset, this has been a problem that continues, I have paid my payments on time and paid off funiture earlier then expected, as well as, recieved annoying phone calls to try to get me to open up more accounts, but it distrubs me to be harassed about purchasing more items and not be heard as the as a valued customer, For me to continue to ask for my payment to be set as asked repeatedly, and buddies supervisor and staff not to acknowledge my request! Then act as if I did something wrong, when I have been told that my funiture will come one day, only to find out it comes a week later, and not to recieve a continue of text, ever week when I make payments biweekly, as im paid
