I went online This past Sunday, ordered a refrigerator and speaker system. The amount came out to about $60.

I selected the location in Hueytown, Alabama. I was instructed to contact the store or go by for the agreement and to move forward with the sale. I reached the location (goodwill worthy) which was a red flag instantly. No sweat, I ordered online so, I didnt have any concern about what was in the show room (awful).

Proceeded to go through the process, first The salesman didnt discuss the merchandise (no sweat) I had done everything online so, I thought ok, everything already done, print out papers and make payment. Well not so!!! After he ran my information, he said I need to check your references and we can get you all set. They checked my references (received a call from each of them) cool!!

By now its Tuesday. I was told call once youre headed home and we can make you the last stop, cool. Im a healthcare PROFESSIONAL, so I am fully aware of all things via the PANDEMIC and still no sweat. So with him saying very short staffed was the issue, waited patiently.

So Wednesday we will try again. Reach out to my boss (to accommodate them) I took off so no matter when they were free I could be available, no merchandise. I call the facility about 5 or 6 hey this is Ms. Crawford, just touching basis about my merchandise, him ( WHO TOLD YOU WE WERE BRINGING YOU ANYTHING) instantly my attitude change because of his tone and demeanor during the conversation, sir the salesman that I spoke with, did.

Another red flag, but still no sweat *** happens.... so he proceeds to say Im the only one here and cant leave the store, ok, and the salesman you talked is off, we will get to you tomorrow (Thursday) cool. Its been this long, but its coming. Called Thursday at 6 pm, good evening I havent heard anything, whats going on, oh were not coming, my boss had a family emergency, so I cant leave.

Ms. Crawford I promise, I will bring it out tomorrow. Cool. At this point, I dont give a damn, just bring it.

I even asked several times, can I just pick it up I dont mind!! My family has been without a Refrigerator since Monday night!!!! I asked at the point of the purchase, do you all remove the one being replaced. No maam we do not.

So I had it taken out, removed the door to allow easy access, to avoid damage to the merchandise and my home entrance, removed Monday as well. It actually left us vulnerable, but hey just bring the fridge. I received a call Friday while at work someone will be out TODAY, cool, I stated I leave early on Friday so thats perfect. I then stated I 95 degrees, that Sun is draining and tiresome to work in.

I can be the last delivery, like heading in for the day, last. He said it should be between 3-5. I called the location at 5:40... same thing, oh he should be to you soon.

I received a call about 30 minutes later, Ms. Crawford, Im heading to you. Yaaaay!!! Lord this was the most unprofessional and unproductive purchase ever!!

He gets to my home, unloads the FRIDGE only, as he is bringing it in, I can hear the junkiness of the merchandise, as he bring it in I INSTANTLY REFUSED IT. I told him this is so disheartening, what in the *** is this, the merchandise looked like it came from the side of the road JUNK!! Beat up major dents and discoloring. He then stated OH, he didnt tell you it was used me *** NO.

How, I ordered online, I didnt pick NOTHING from that location, so why is this an option. I asked him to IMMEDIATELY call him and discuss this contract and this beat up refrigerator. He then STATED this refrigerator is GREAT... we use this refrigerator to put our waters in at the store!!

I put my things in here everyday... WTF!! So now Im so upset I could have called the police!! So he proceeded to say I will leave this one and we will order you a NEW ONE.

I explained to him I ORDERED A NEW one ALONG with a speaker set, what happened to that!! At this point I told this young man all this foolishness he talking put it in writing on the contract, sign and date it, and get the fridge ASAP!! And I want to talk to Corporate. He stated yes maam I will put in on there so EVERYONE can see it!!!

Young man what the *** are you talking about, Im not worried about no one else seeing *** this is to satisfy this sell and me!! He then says, I dont know when The fridge will be here its COVID and shipping is crazy, me: yes I understand, thats why I ordered a new one, and I thought that is what took so long in the first place and you all was just giving me the run around until it came. He said yes maam, but I will leave this one so you can have something to keep your food until the new one comes. I said ok as Im going through the contract, Signing and reading) because the numbers was extremely inflated from my quoted price and purchase for both items...

I told him yes leave it we have been long enough without a refrigerator its has been rough I put my family in such a uncomfortable and embarrassing state with this, just leave it. As long as it doesnt have bugs. He then repeats NO BUGS ... I put my Gatorades and stuff in here EVERYDAY...

as he opens the door to assure me it works PREGNANT ROACHES crawls out of the merchandise... he is so stunned and swipes at them, ultimately landing on me, he yells kill it kill it!! I instantly say if you dont get the *** out my house with this *** you better. He became very apologetic, calls his boss, she is sending it back, I could tell there was an issue because he said, She thought it was new and plus bugs coming out!!

He was just shaking his head and saying man this is wild, embarrassing to say the least. Ms. Crawford we will order a new but its going to be hard. I may have to get one from another store..

I got rid of my refrigerator, my family is without one and dont when I can get another one!!!!!!! I reached out to this company!!! This is the worst experience in a longtime. Need less to say I trashed my refrigerator and now because of the deceitful and unprofessionalism of this place ...

WE DONT HAVE A REFRIGERATOR and dont know when we will be able to get one!!! I WOULD LIKE A BRAND NEW REFRIGERATOR, at a very low price, if not free!! And I would like to speak to a District Mรกnager!!! I was charge $93 dollars at the time of the purchase which was double the online price and no speakers!!!!

Who in there right mind is comfortable with this, and selling a customer the store refrigerator with roaches for $1600!! GTFOH!! Yes I am highly upset.. Melvin, Andre and Marcel!!

All the employees I spoke with!! Hueytown Alabama!!!

User's recommendation: Run!!!

Monetary Loss: $93.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
