Worse company ever. I was late on my furniture because I switched jobs and I get paid semi monthly.
Well anyway on Friday 01/13/2016 they came to my door to collect the furniture. The man block my niece from entering the door. I was at work so when I came home the next day to check my account to see what I can afford t I noticed they had already ran my card for payment with out any authorization from me. I contacted my bank as soon as I noticed the charges.
And I have to wait for them to process out of my account to dispute. So I went to Buddy's to talk to them about the transactions and the rep made it seem like I was lying. Appartly the rep who took the payments said I called in which was a lye.
I asked the rep for the corparate number and he gave me the wrong number. Never rent from there.
