Mine too.twice without my constant,now I done call back cause this fraud and I want back in my account or manager be big trouble and talk to my lawyer . Valdosta ga I sign nothing for this to be done so you be paying ,all back overdrafts and 1st time to as well if not back on my account in 24hrs...my bank done been contact to so ,they will file fraud actions too if Its not solve,all got do call them..regardless not suspose take nobody's money out account witout there constant thats law..

On Feb 13 i purchased a lg dryer also was paying my note on my washer and i found out that if i pay 31 dollars for it to be paid off so i did but before i gave him my money i asked him to send someone out to service my washer (I have 2 witness also) and he stated i will. They guy delivered my dryer and i looked and it and walked away. So i called them Feb 23, 2017 which is today and i spoked witj a lady name Carla @ the clarksdale mississippi location.. She was rude and hollering on the phone. Then, i told her to give the mamager the phone she hung up... Also, i asked him what happen to someone getting my washer looked at he stated oh ih its paid off and theres nothing we can do for it... Thats a lie.... He promised me to send a tech out and never did..

As I'm paying on our sofa, love seat, and TV that we have had over a year and 3 months, making $67 to $72 payments weekly plus some $10 late fees, I ask for the buy out amount. He says the TV $1038 and the sofa & love seat $938. WTF??? I could of bought this *** six times some where else.

Moral of this story, don't let your significant other go into Buddies by her self, that's what they prey on. Actually think your doing a good thing by selling *** merchandise for triple cost.

Your Sign should say Own Less For More.. Other then that, they Suck

Im down to few months to be paid off i have 70inch tv also living room set. My brother passed away no burial insurance i help pay for his burial, me and my wife went into Buddys in Marrero Louisiana we talked to Greg the new manager i gave him my last 200.00 im trying to catch up with all my bills. My dad called me at work and said Buddys called and said we going to Patrick job my dad told them ill get in touch with Patrick to stop at your store when he getts off. The man that was talking to my father didnt hang up an he heard the gupy on phone said i hope that old *** remember to tell him. So my dad went to Buddys store my dad said so who was on the phone that called me old *** my dad is 85 years old. Ive have had Greg came to my house calling me and my wife liers my neighbor told me i was at work that Buddys came to your house and they turned my door *** to see if my house was locked. Also my dad called me Sunday 2/17 someone called my dad and told him you was cosigner on Patrick furniture my dad i didnt cosign this is rented also told him we going to have your check garnished. Im over the top with Buddys very rude,ugly, and very very mad the way they spoke to my (85) year old dad!!! I was told when you almost finish paying your furniture off thats when Buddys wants to take my tv and living room set back. Greg should not be a manager!!

My experience was good but my son's experience is horrible

I've been with Buddy's for several years and I've paid all my stuff on time and my stuff is paid off. Their customer service is really good. But my son bought a phone from the air against my better judgement. And he lost his job and he took the phone back and said that he lost his job and he didn't have an income. But the corner of the phone had a small chip in it. And they didn't want to take it back. And I asked them why is he paying insurance because you charge an insurance fee what does that cover. Well they replied it doesn't cover the crack. And then they constantly call for a payment. And I told them he told you in person that he was not working and yet you keep calling for a payment. Take the phone back. No we can't take it back unless he gets the screen fixed. So I'm pretty sure if you didn't make a payment for 2 months said knock on the door to get the phone. So my question is when people are paying and insurance be on something they're getting from Buddy's what does it cover.

Bad Experience

I was so hesitant to go and buy furniture. But i decided to go and give this place a try.

I work in the car retail business so i try to be real cautious in regards to the "fine print" in everything that i buy. Everything went well, chose a sectional, guy explained the contract, singed and took delivery> Gave about 25% down because i planned to pay it off in 6 months or less. Did the math in my head and yes! I WILL DEFINITELY PAY IT OFF IN 6 MONTHS.

After a few months of auto payments i noticed (after doing the math again) that they had still withdrawn another amount... HOW? I called and guess what? It's because i was paying an INSURANCE which they claimed explained to me right there but they didn't.

I don't buy insurance for anything. That threw off all my math because only part of my payment was going to the actual debt (So there's my NO INTEREST) Now im over the 6 months period and will end up paying almost twice of what the originally cost was. Really Bad Experience.

They went to check my furniture (since i was unknowhingly paying for insurance i told them about the issue i had with it) They haven't contacted me since then. BAD, JUST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

BAD EXPERIENCE FOR FIX ON TELEVISION

Guys, I really wanted to post this to share my testimony. I got a TV and a StreamSmart from Buddy's and they both worked for a limited amount of time and both went defective on me. My 55 inch TV stopped working in November so I went to have them get it fixed. I got a 32 inch TV as a loaner TV even though I paid for a 55 inch. I was still paying for items ON TIME every week and finally paid it off. It's February and I still have not received the item that I paid for. I feel like it is truly unfair and very inconvenient for me to suffer that much. I call the manager many times and ask when my TV is getting fixed and she says the part is still coming in. I have been very patient with this company but I had enough and want people to know my struggle. I can't get in touch with corporate or anything to get my issue resolved because I don't feel that my TV is being fixed.

I have a tough time believing that you would empty your pockets for JUNK for children while leaving your own obligations high and dry.

Rude Manager, Still No Response

On November 15th, 2017 my home was burglarized. One of the items that was stolen was a Dell Laptop that I rented from Buddys Home Furnishings. I called the Buddys location in Apopka where I was renting the laptop from to get the serial# so I could report it. A young lady whose name I do not remember was going to give me the serial#. She became reluctant and told me that she would call me back. I told her that i needed it urgently because I had to put it in the police report. She became frustrated and not empathetic to the matter so I asked her if they close in 28 minutes would she or her manager call me back before then and she obliged. A few minutes later I received a call from the store manager, Roman. I asked him if I could have the serial# for the laptop so I can place it on the police report and he said no that he needed a copy of the report 1st. I told him that the purpose for the serial# is to trace the laptop as soon as possible and he was hindering the process. I added that it's never an issue to take my payment because I'm on AutoPay so why were they giving me a hard time. He gave me the serial#. I asked him if the insurance covered a replacement. He said no it only covered internal damage on the laptop. I asked him if he could hold off on taking payments for the laptop, he said no he didn't like the way I was speaking to his employee. I told him I've been a loyal customer of Buddys for about a decade and I've never had an issue with any of their staff. I told him that i found out my house was burglarized less than an hour ago and him and his staff were being harsh, uncooperative, and unsympathetic. He got loud and I told him that I am educated and smart and I will find the phone number and email addresses to report this. I did find an important number or at least I thought I did. I called the Regional Manager Matt on numerous occasions, left voicemails. It is now almost a month later and I still have not received a response. I had only a few payments left on the laptop and I paid over the value of the laptop and was willing to continue doing so as long as a resolution was reached. I went to Buddys in the Pine Hills location with my drivers license and police report. I showed my drivers license so I could transfer to that store since I live in the Pine Hills area. I was in the store for over 2 hours, missing my own meeting with my employees, because the Apopka location was giving the Pine Hills location the run around. I refuse to do business with the Apopka location because of their disrespect and lack of customer care. I will continue to do business with Buddys if this is resolved. I am a supervisor myself and if I spoke to my accounts the way he had spoke to me or handled my customers account the way he is handling mine then i would no longer have a job. Im not asking that for him, I simply do not want to do business with the Apopka location. Keep in mind that its been a month without resolution. A company should not take that long to resolve an issue.
