Jesus is with me
One of the employees, which is a lady comes to my house for payment from my older daughter, don't get me wrong she needs to pay her bills on time, but i own this house, my daughter no longer lives here. After telling her multiple times she does not live , here, she cont.
To harass me. Then after she finally leaves she says jesus is with me. And starts to talk under her breath. And say we will see.
Again im telling her to leave and she is continuing to tell me im just the owner of this home, i need to contact my daughter. First of all she should of never argued with me, it should of ended after i told her she don't live here, i don't know where she is, a simple can you please tell her we are looking for her should of ended it. I guess they don't follow HIP laws cause she cont. To tell me my daughters personal business.
Horrible place, poor management, and poor employees training. I love Aarons they are so different and there employees are properly trained.

The purpose for me calling the store today was to see what time my items would be delivered on Wednesday, per agreed upon.
Train management on communication skills.

I have been a good and loyal customer of Buddy's for more than 4 years now. I've purchased a computer, a TV and now an air conditioner.
I have two payments left on my air conditioner and we just got hit hard by Hurricane Irma. It took every spare cent to move my wife and I to a safe shelter for the storm. They called this morning and the manager of the Melbourne, Florida store (I'm 15 days late) told me he intends to take the air conditioner. These are people who have no heart or compassion.
My wife is on oxygen because she has COPD and angina and taking that air conditioner would literally kill her. I have spinal stenosis and was just diagnosed with onset Alzheimer's Disease.
What would you think of a company that has received more than $5,000 in payments over purchased merchandise and wanted to kill one of them over $100? If you use Buddy's then you're a @!^%() idiot!

Preferred solution: Back-off you jerks! We just got more than $10,000 worth of damage to our home and only shelter. Fire that idiot manager of the Melbourne store. He's a loose canon that can cause all consumer agencies to spurn them and dump on their reputation.

If you are affiliated with C.T.U and Purdue in anyway, it's likely as a Janitor with the ridiculous use of grammar and punctuation.Also if you had a Business Degree you would have known better then to agree to the Rent to Own model with high APR, fees, huge mark up over MSRP. Not to mention there heavy handed collection tactics. Pay your bills on time, honor the Contract you agreed to or return the property to the lawful owner.Act like a normal 47 year old adult and citizen.
