I had a banking issue with my card payment got returned I was never explained I made a payment when I was told why that amount was told as many times as they come to my house they can charge me and it would go in their pocket I do not see this as fair when you put half of what I paid in your own pocket and to be talking to me like a kid Wayne is very rude

Don't ever use a friend's card there they will steal money from your your friends card without permission

They are disrespectful and every time I went in there the store is disgusting and I need to learn better customer service I will not be going through them again worst rental place you could ever go through

My friend went into the store one time and used her card to pay my bill and then after that they stole money off the card and the funny thing is her husband is a cop very easily could they get charges pressed on them because it is illegal what they did it's supposed to be a one-time thing and they automatically saved it into their system when they knew that I paid with cash and took it off of her card word to the wise if you go through Buddy's don't have somebody go in there and pay your bill for you

Unhappy and have over paid immensely

Being over charged for items, I've been waiting on a call from the corporate office and haven't received a call yet, my next attempt will be to the News station and better business.. I've paid 3, 445 dollars for 24 months for Items that was 2, 465 and they tell me i owe 2, 400 and something more.. No its definitely something not right.

I am trying to reach corporate because of Kilgore Texas buddy’s poor customer service along with their lies. I bought a leather sofa, a washing machine, a tv stand, and a recliner. When I called on the week of September 20th to check my pay off it was 1200 I told them I would be in on the first to pay off completely. When I came in on the 1st I missed the pay off by 3 days. I understand that happens but my pay off went from 1200 to 4000 so I told them I couldn’t afford it and they’d have to come get it. It was easy to let go because I never even got what I wanted anyways. I had a “loaner” recliner which became a loaner because the manager swore that it was brandnew when he brought it but before the delivery truck left I dumped sun flower seeds out of it and bugs were crawling on it so then I was told a brand new one would be here in 2 weeks and that never happened. They brought me a washer machine after I told them I didn’t want one unless it was brand new and the washer they brought didn’t even work, proving it wasn’t brand new like they promised. I ended up settling on a different used washer because I needed it that day. Also the tv stand I bought was supposed to have a fire place in it but that never came either. Anyways I was willing to let all of this go and still pay of my kids bunk beds and still use buddy’s but after coming to get the furniture and me paying a 400 dollar payment on my bunk beds (the only thing I kept)on Tuesday, they took 80 dollar payment out on Friday. When I called today on Saturday to see about a refund and to take my card off auto pay micheal answered the phone. He was very rude and inconsiderate. Said his manager was at a fest downtown and he couldn’t do anything for me till Monday. He was not sincere about his apology just wanted me to get off the phone. I also put down a 50 dollar payment on a stero that I never signed a contract on and decided I did not want and never received a refund. I spent a lot of money at buddys and puts lot of trust in your company and I am so disappointed. I will never use buddy’s again.

I received the king size mattress that did not have a plastic cover on it. I specifically told them I did not want a used mattress no one can tell me if the mattress. is new. I'm skeptical about using it because possible bugs because there's no plastic on it and it's been. everywhere.

I got a tv for my girlfriends birthday on Dec 14... told them I get paid BIWEEKLY ON TUESDAYS.... they came to my house on Dec 26 to take the tv out of my HOUSE!!! I haven't even been late or had the tv for 60 days... the 24th was my first payment EVER!! DONT USE THEM!!!

I had this company since March. I calculated $1200 of how much i paid since then for a sectional and 3 end tables.

The end tables were just $250 and i added that on separately from sectional. When it was time to play they harass you by calling everyday. When they came to my door i never heard anyone knock but yet they give you notices as if your stealing their items. That last notice was like they can file on you for theft in which i wont trying to take their couch and thats when i was fed up with them it dont matter if you days late they harass you like a unwanted bill collector.

As they came to get the items the delivery guys were cool and i honestly feel bad they work for them. I talked to the boss cause i was just confused how do i pay $1200 for 3 tables that i added on my lease in which in regular stores they only charge $350 to own it. To me that's a huge rip off and i recommend that people go anywhere but here.

I even asked Chris the boss i want a breakdown for those tables and of course Chris refused to give it to give me the breakdown. Do not lease from here even if it kills you!!!

Tried for over a week to get a couch from you. 3 people took the info on what I wanted and NO one ever got back with me. There for I retund the fridge that I had gotten 3 weeks before and I bought 2 couches and a fridge for another company were as I spent $6000.00 with them. I WILL NOT ever use you again nor will I recommend you to anyone.

Fairytale gone wrong

Everything was good at first until I was almost done making payments. On September 25th my bill for my dining set and washer was due.

Which came to 249. They took the money off my child’s father card without his permission. He’s not on the account and never returned his money back. I went up there this week to get the issue resolved.

Come to find out my mom called and made a 174 payment and nothing was due but my phone bill which is only 60 dollars. So they received more money that they were supposed to receive. They finally gave his money back on yesterday so they called for the remaining paying today which is 135 but asking for 249. I told the manager Eric I’m not paying 249 when that’s not due.

He stated that all my accounts came up for renewal at the same time which was false. My dining room set and washer was due on the 25th and my phone was due on the 7th of October. He repeatedly talked over me to make himself right but said I was rude and disrespectful. When I asked to speak with someone else he said no and told me he doesn’t have to accept my payment and will come get my merchandise because I don’t own it.

Then stated if I don’t give it back a deputy will be calling me. I have called customer service and I’m waiting on someone to contact me .

249 due on September.

Was paid from child’s father card without permission.

174 paid on the on the 7th of October.

249 returned to child’s father on the11th

Tried to call to pay the remaining balance of 135 to catch payment up. Manager refused to accept payment.

249-174=75

75+60=135 not 249
