I live in Gadsden Alabama , and I rented a 65 tv I had it 2 days and the wall mount broke and it fell to the ground and busted. I called buddys and told them they came out and told me that there was nothing they can do and that I still have to pay, which is fine its whatever it was a freak accident but oh well I am paying for it. But when I have a problem witmy bank and I call them and tell them that Im gonna be two days late cause my bill is due on Saturday and I had to go to the bank on Monday to withdraw money they tell me that they cant let me do that. Okay well for me to be paying for something I cant even use and for them to tell me that they cant do anything to help me with that then why would it be a problem for me to come in and pay Monday in spear of Saturday?? And they was rude about it the manager is not helpful in anyway and he tried to make me carry it out my self when I rented it and I told him no.

No because I’ve been lied too for over 2 weeks, and still waiting on my delivery

I signed a rental agreement over 2 weeks ago (Saturday) Was told the merchandise would be delivered on the following Monday by 6pm Then a week later I was told I needed to come in and give my debit card information to have on file Again was told the merchandise would be delivered that day Still no phone call no delivery Manager claimed someone tried to call me but they must have wrong number Thats just a lie They have my correct number But now theyre deducting the payment out of my checking account And I still have no merchandise

Very unprofessional stay away from this place.

Yes and we have been consulting with our attorney. The driver was very confrontational with my little brother and looking through our windows. Then we get all kinds of threats from the store manager through text which I still have and plan to use with my attorney. Not to mention the driver put door tags on my car which is my personal property. So yes we are now preparing to take legal action. And we want this driver fired as well. Very unprofessional!

Had fraud done on my acct so, filed a police report and bank close and reopen me a new acct waiting on my card as well as my bank written them a letter and I have the police report and always have paid and have cancer and they tell me I have till 4 today to pay and its due today. When my new card will be here in a couple of Days. Monday a holiday I cant do anything about that. Plus Im fighting for my life and dont need the extra stress. If I wasnt doing right why send me a gift card to get more items.

Bad and disrespectful

The general manager threw my change at me and called me fat and was very disrespectful. I'll never do business there again nor will I refer anyone in fact I'll tell anyone to not to do business there because it's not right nor a place to do business

If u decide to buy from here I say make sure you do ur homework. Salina tried to sell me a making mattress for $50 a week, then went on to say let me see about reducing the price down to $30 a week. I figured I can do this for a King Size bed. I agreed when I go see the website I find same thing go $14.99. I call speak to manager Raul. His response was idk what it was she is charging u for I think maybe she is charging you for d box spring. I tell him are u in the business of knowing or not knowing bc u have my account in front of you. Tells me is gonna check into it n call me back. He has one of his reps tell me they’ll honor the $14.99 price n will call me back. Matresses delivered not at the time I requested. The box springs are stood up against a wall mattress halfway on floor n half on sofa. Limiting my boyfriends mom on her movement in the living room (mind you she is in a wheelchair). Regardless it was 30-40 mins from time from drop off from the time I got home from work. I have called another store asked to get corporate ph number n gave regional call me. It’s been two days I’ve been waiting for a call. Corporate called they said they have him call me right away. 3 hrs later no call. Salina refuses to give me the ph# for corporate told me her boss Raul would call me in 30 mins. Still waiting n these mattress n box spring are outside waiting to b. Picked up. Bad customer service, as it is we pay a high finance for us purchasing items we can offered on a paycheck to paycheck but for someone to take advantage n then to provide lousy customer service is really disgusting. Sad part of it is I’ve been a customer w/rent to own businesses for past 15 years. Don’t worry I got me my king size mattress for another company Miracle Mattress n they work w/my paycheck to paycheck. I give u no stars because u deserve none.

Buddy in lake city used someone else credit card that I was using and I told them not to. I would have put my mines on file when I receive.

I tried to pay my bill but the text didnt recognize the 4 digits so I was about to call buddys but before I did it said the bill was paid with a card that i used before but I didnt tell them to use my card and Im not on bank draft so they had no business using a card I didnt approve and one the the employees had the nerve to get a attitude when yall in the wrong
